Hi! Looking for a roommate to jump on a yearlong lease. I am a full time worker and part time grad student so I do not expect to be home much. I will give a quick run through of living habits. I try my best to keep bathroom and kitchen clean. I schedule cleaning time for myself on weekends to do just that. I stay mostly to my bedroom during the week. There’s a tv in the living room you are welcome to use. Ill be completely honest I have a habit of leaving books lying around but never clothes. I have a partner who will stay over once a week but almost never more than that. I don’t own a ton and so try my best to keep my stuff out of the way. I make food for myself during the week but on the weekends will usually cook more than what I need so help yourself to it. I have no issues with people who like to party or have partners as well though we live in a small building so make sure to give our neighbors heads up for large gatherings. On weekends I tend to be a homebody so I will read in the living room.
