It is minutes away from 3 metro stations (Dunloring, West, and East Falls Church) with a metro bus stop right outside the front door. -Merrifield Town Center is 5 minutes away -Tysons is just a fifteen minute drive away -GMU is about a fifteen/twenty minute drive -I ramps are just 5 minutes away -Route /ten minutes away Rent is includes utilities (internet and electricity) Private bathroom.
