yr old, super private single mother trying to see if it's possible to find the perfect roommate.... I have a Beautiful, quiet bath home right in the middle of the woods. I am looking for a reliable, quiet, private female to rent my other ft bedroom. $ a month plus $ deposit, that includes everything... Electric, water/sewer/trash, washer and dryer, DISH network,WIFI, and can even let you use the new futon currently in the room and the flat screen that's already mounted on the wall and hooked up to everything (as long as you respect it and take care of it) I'll even let you use my Netflix and Amazon prime 😂😆. I have lived here by myself for 6 months and I am used to the quiet so while I really am super easy to get along with as long as you pay your half, clean up after yourself, and are quiet and respectful.... I am sorry I'm going to be picky.... I haven't had the best of luck with roommates in the past. Absolutely no drugs, partying, overnight visitors, daily visitors, I really don't want to come off like I hate people and like I'm going to tell you that you absolutely cannot have family or friends visit you, but honestly my ideal roommate would be someone that likes to hide from people like I do haha. But visitors are fine as long as they're respectful and it's not an everyday thing.... The deal breaker for most people is that you are mins away from Harrisonburg. There's a gas station 3 miles away that is open until 9pm every night, the closest Walmart is mins away in Timberville, and the closest hour gas station is the in Broadway that's around mins away.
