Hi there! I am renting out the lower level of the house I live in (bedroom + living room + bathroom, large closet and lots of storage space). The house itself is quite spacious with multiple porches and a large backyard with a fire pit! It only lets me include so many pictures, but you can see the living room, second living room (?), large kitchen with a walk-in pantry, and back coat room. I also have a meditation room on the main level. I’m on the top level, and I am a young woman going back to school to finish my degree in plant science. I also work full time. Looking for a female roommate with a similar lifestyle, preferably. I’m a laid back person and consider myself very easy to get along with; I got my first apartment at so I’ve had plenty of time to experience a lot of different roommates/lifestyles. I like things fairly tidy but I’m by no means a neat freak; people live here, sometimes dishes sit in the sink for a day or two, it’s nothing to stress over :) we also have a dishwasher and there’s two porches on the upper level as well; if you’d like an office space, there’s also a free bedroom upstairs, but I’d prefer to live on separate levels since the house is set up nicely for that and we can each have our own bathroom.
