Looking to rent out two rooms in my home. Each room has direct WiFi access. Each has a closet and will share a bathroom. The remainder of the home will be shared. The finished basement can be used as some additional living room/storage. Room will be unfurnished when you move in. If you need help with some furnishings just let me know and we can talk it out. The house is decently close to a highway and in a nice neighborhood. My husband and I are divorcing so I’m trying to keep the house. My kids and I will share a room downstairs together. We’re out early and return around then they are in bed by . So we really won’t be in much of the shared living/dining/kitchen long. The utilities cost is included in the rent.
