Hello! I am subleasing my room in this home over the Summer! From early May till July th. The rent is $ per month per person (utilities not included). It is a bathroom home (not furnished) with in-unit washer and dryer. Has a basement which is mainly for laundry and a lot of storage space. Includes parking area (up the drive-way seen in picture). Has AC units in each room and ceiling fans which will be useful during the hot summer! One bedroom is available through me.
