Looking for a female roommate. I have a cat and I enjoy books, writing, gaming, cooking and movies. Apartment has a large living room, dining room, butler’s pantry (used for art supplies/games/books), kitchen, food pantry, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. Looking for someone who is a non-smoker. I am fine with any type of animal (all reptiles, dogs, cats, fish and etc.) There are many windows, so a lot of natural light. Rent, water and heating is all included in the final fees. If you bring your pet and they ruin something in the house (Ex. hardwood floors/ walls/ furniture) you will pay to replace it. I expect you to help keep the house, clean and tidy. If someone is coming over, please just give me a heads up. I will show the same respect to you also. If things go well in a meetup, I will gladly show you a tour of the apartment.
