UPDATED: March Twentieth I just moved into this renovated first floor, two bedroom apartment of a house in Little Italy. Two block walk to restaurants and quarter mile to University Circle. Your bedroom is actually two small rooms that are connected. Street parking is free. I work at a library and college writing center, have a friendly border collie dog, and keep things mostly quiet but enjoy going out and have friends over sometimes. Great for a student or hospital employee. I am enjoying the extra space but would like to save on rent. Open to short or long term starting in May or June.
