bd & dogs and a cat so no other animals please since we are at our max. minutes away from Langley, from NNS, to Hampton University. Neighborhood is nice but surrounding areas can be sketchy. House is on a cul de sac with quiet and respectful neighbors. The largest non suite room is available for rent. There are two windows in the room so lots of natural light! Only downfall is the closet isn’t super big but there is plenty of room for dressers and such. Will have a shared bathroom with 1 person. The fourth room will be a guest room and guests can stay over occasionally. Backyard is large, will be a great hangout spot once we get it set up. We are pretty quiet roommates and pretty clean. One roommate is a student and one is military. Pay stub and proof of employment will be required.
