I am looking for a clean roommate, i’m a super tidy guy and respect everything around me. I will be doing a background check and I’m looking for someone who pays rent on time and takes care of their surroundings. Roommate can be male or female, if you have a thing for interior design that’s definitely a plus! I have not yet moved in or done anything with the apartment agency. Though, I am ready to move in asap and sign the papers, I’ve seen these apartments first hand and the complex is super clean with ton of amenities.
