Hey everyone! I am looking to fill one bedroom in a beautiful sq foot ba apartment with a balcony in the Navy Yard, right on the river. Behind Nats Park and short walk to Navy Yard metro station. Gorgeous views. The total rent is $ but you’d only pay $ plus half of utilities. You’d get your own bathroom as well. Almost fully furnished; you’d have to furnish your bedroom/bathroom. Also, the closet you’d get is enviable! In-unit washer and dryer. Parking is available for an additional fee. The building's amenities include a rooftop infinity pool, gym, game room, fantastic concierge, and more. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Must be great with dogs. She’s years old, a black lab mix and a rescue. I’m home most of the time and I also mostly work from home when I am on a project. I love going out, meeting new people and exploring all the bars and restaurants. I love sports and going to concerts. I also love watching tv, playing video games, and enjoying a nice night in. I absolutely love game nights. Obviously I’m looking for that sitcom life lol. Also, I use a wheelchair. Move in date is flexible; the sooner the better but to ensure it’s the right fit for both of us I would need to meet you in person first and I would need you to meet my dog as well.
