First off, I would prefer one person, per room, to share my home but would consider a couple or parent with child, I do have several rooms that could be available for occupancy. I have two rooms that would share a bathroom , I also have a large room with unsuited bathroom and last I have an updated 2 room garage apartment with bathroom with each additional person using any room set at (Two Hundred) dollars. Also there is a onetime move-in Fee of (Two Hundred) dollars. Speaking on pets my dog is a service dog; I have to consider any effect it may have on him. So at this time I'm not considering other pets in my home. If you like dogs, he'll love you too. I'm a fairly active person that likes to be outside, but at this time I'm mostly confined to a wheel chair to get around. I have a 2 story home, and being in a wheel chair makes my upstairs unusable except for guest. I'm a good guy with NO questionable history looking for the same with a house mates. My interest is in a safe and secure environment for both you and me. I'm not interested in any drama, and try to live in a peaceful place. Have a great day or evening whichever it maybe.
