Hello to all! My name is Jacob and I’m looking for a roommate to take over my master bedroom the current roommate will be leaving and I’m looking for someone new to move in! I do have a dog he’s is very loving and kind as well as my younger brother who is an additional roommate and my little brother who only comes over on weekends. I do play in a band and we have rehearsal and recordings at my house occasionally so of course that could be a precondition that I would like to address :) but overall it’s a chill household we are looking for someone to take over around june
