Product Description

This is a room on the smaller side in a 3 bedroom house in the lake city area that will be available either April or May. We’re looking for the right fit for our household so we aren’t in any rush and would need to meet any possible roommates prior to move in. This comes with a free parking space. Does not have a closet. Shares the guest bathroom with 1 other roommate. Comes partially furnished with a full size bed and wall shelf. This would be an ideal room for someone who is a minimalist. We have two kittens, and a turtle so other pets will be on a case to case basis; sorry no dogs. Our schedule as a household is a bit strange with a fair amount of activity from late night to early morning. We are an ecologically minded household and try to reduce waste and energy as best as possible: knowledge of Compost & Recycling is a requirement. Queer friendly. Members of our household have sensitivities to smell so no cigarettes or strong perfumes. Happy to answer any questions.
