You’d be taking over a lease that runs until October , with the option to renew yearly or month-to-month. Move in is flexible during the month of April. The apartment was completely renovated in , so it has new appliances and finishes, flooring, paint, etc. Washer/dryer in unit and shared with roommate. -Located in Columbia Crossing Apartments in the Penrose neighborhood of Arlington. Great community with a pool, gym, package room, resident and visitor parking lots + covered garage w/bike storage, and located directly next to a public park with tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts. -Less than min drive to Clarendon or Pentagon City, min drive to Baileys Crossroads (Trader Joe’s, Marshalls). Walking distance to Giant grocery, CVS, and restaurants/bars (including Bob & Edith’s - THE best diner in Arlington). -$ is the base rent (but I am willing to subsidize down to $).
