I am currently living in the Beacon floorplan at The Standard. I am in a double occupancy unit and we are looking for people to fill the other room starting Aug seventeenth and it runs to July twenty-fifth. I live with my girlfriend, dog, and cat. We keep the place clean and both dog and cat are very quiet and well-behaved. Rent is y dollars per person if we get two people to fill Bedroom B. If you want it the whole room to yourself it will be hundred sixty. All utilities are included except electric and parking. All leases and bill for electric are separated per person.
