Hey there! My roommate and I are looking for a covid conscious person to fill a bedroom in our house in SW! - 1 room with built in closet in SW Portland, attached home - shared bathroom, laundry, kitchen, living area - parking on driveway or garage (car highly recommended) - secluded and safe area, quiet neighbors - hiking trail across from the driveway - no cats or dogs (this bums me out too, but I'm very allergic!) We lean towards caution when it comes to covid safety, as being sick would put our particular jobs at risk by its nature. Hope that’s understandable! We follow typical covid precautions, include masking in public (indoors, outdoors if in crowded areas), limiting close contact with others outside of the bubble, regular testing (when available), active communication about risks and exporsures, limiting out of state travel, limiting time in crowded/packed venues, safety practices when returning from air travel (testing, masking in house, adjusted isolation if necessary), etc. As long as we have good communication about this stuff, we should be good! If it seems like a good fit but something strikes the wrong chord, we're happy to chat and be flexible where we can.
