I'm looking for a roommate to renew my lease with at Pershing starting on May 2. My current roommate is sadly moving 🙁 but I don't want to leave our great apartment! Our apartment is relatively new () with modern amenities. The bedrooms are really big, as are the bathrooms. There are 2 closets in the open bedroom, one of which is a walk in. The kitchen is beautiful and has lots of counter space. It comes complete with a dishwasher. The apartment also has in unit washer and dryer! The entire unit is sq.ft. I also have two cats (Molly and Salem) who are loving, well behaved, and clean! One thing I really love here is the management/maintenance. I have never had an issue. They work promptly and are very helpful and responsive. Another thing I enjoy here is the pool. It's huge, clean, and super refreshing in the summer. Rent is $, not including utilities. You can also purchase a parking space in the garage. I work in Journalism and work from home 2 days a week! I'm more of a homebody but will go out here and there.
