The basement has a small pantry with a refrigerator, electric stoves (strictly for light cooking only), a microwave oven, a sink, and a washer/dryer machine that you can use for free as a courtesy only (shared with us). We don’t provide an automatic dishwasher. The backyard is shared. The Access: You and the other roommate have your own private entrance to your living spaces. You are not allowed to access the front door of the house. This is perfect if you work late or night shift worker. Parking Space: Street Parking only. Our house has a dead-end street, you can park there safely. The Property: Our property is located near the bus stations, just a few blocks from the train station, stores, and restaurants. Very convenient for commuters if you don’t have a car. Our Requirement: You must have a permanent Job with a consistent paycheck. sorry but I will not consider a gig job paycheck or just new to his/her job. We require $ non refundable application fee for background check. You must provide verifiable income (pay stub) and employment for the last 3 months. Month-to-month lease only.
