The apartment is located right near the corner and is only a short trip to Central Grounds! The bedroom has an attached bathroom, and the unit has a clean communal living space with a juliet balcony all in very nice condition. Amenities include both washer and dryer in the unit, with utilities included in the lease except for electricity. There is a parking spot available within the lease.
