Two rooms are available starting March th. The home is located in SE Portland in the Mt.Tabor neighborhood near nd Ave. The first room is the primary bedroom with tall ceilings, patio access, and a mostly empty floor for furniture. The second room is in the basement apartment with a space outside the room for furniture, a separate kitchen, and a large bathroom. The primary bedroom is $/month and the basement room is $. There is also an office on the main floor for an additional $/month. I live on the top floor and my roommate lives in the basement apartment. We are both working in IT, are not big into loud parties, and tend to keep to ourselves during the day.
