My roommate is moving out to live with her partner, so I need someone to move in anytime after March fifteenth! This 2-bedroom apartment has a very large living room, a dining nook, 1 (shared) bathroom, and a small kitchen that is equipped with a dishwasher and a washer/dryer. Water is included in the cost of rent, so the only utilities are wifi and electric. All the neighbors here are sweet and quiet, and the place is just down the street from downtown St. John’s. Street parking is incredibly easy if you have a vehicle. I have an elderly cat here, so unfortunately no more animals can be added to the household. Most of the furniture seen in the photos is mine, but I am open to rearranging or moving things into storage to accommodate. Message me and we can chat to see if we vibe!
