Hello, I have a room available in a bathroom duplex. The lease we’d be signing is 6 months. Rent is hundred per month and the Utilities are split. The landlord does the yard work. I’m a busy, twenty year old, female who works full time and attends PSU. I have a cat full time, and a dog times a week(she also comes w me to work). I’m friendly and reliable and value a clean home! The duplex is near major freeways, and can get you to any part of town fairly quick. It’s also located on a quiet cul de sac. In my free time, which isn’t much lol, I like doing creative projects, taking my dog out or going to the gym. I’ve had great experiences with past roommates and would love to keep the streak going :) let me know a bit about yourself if you think we’d be a good match!
