Hello! I have my basement bedroom available in my 3 bedroom townhome. This is for ladies only - I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful to come and share my home. Perfect for a young professional or a mature student (aged between yrs please). Possibility of an earlier move in date (please ask if desired) The Room: The room is furnished & shown in the picture - included is a queen bed, bedside draws and closet (duvet/pillows etc also included if desired). You will have your own bathroom (with walk in shower shower), also shown in pics! The House: The rest of the house is shared and fully furnished, with access to 2 lounges, fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The house has a main level lounge and a basement lounge with theatre TV. The house is in a quiet road with private back yard. The Ashburn Farm HOA has 3 pools, tennis courts and many walking trails. Use of these is included in rent, as are all utilities (internet, water, gas, electric). Parking will be in the first come, first serve parking in bays close to the house or on the street. Who lives here? At present, 2 female professional stay in the upper level bedrooms on top floor. This is a quiet house with no pets please. Smoking will only allowed outside. I am yr old professional who works in pro sports. I am a very quiet lady. I enjoy working out or going for walks when not working, but I work a lot! Rent: $ per month which includes all utilities and HOA access 1 months rent security deposit required. Returned upon leaving the property undamaged and with all past rent paid.
