Hello, Me and my roommate are looking for a third roommate, for a -bathroom apartment at Shawnee Apartments, Blacksburg, available for the lease period starting from August (i.e., Starts Aug - Ends Aug , renewable in the future). Monthly rent per person = $ (includes heat, water and trash disposal) plus utilities (electricity + internet) which is about $ per person. This is lesser in winters since heat is free. Parking is free for residents. Our Apartment is very close to 2 BT bus stops: Tom’s Creek and UCB, takes about min to VT campus, and right next to the Laundry Building and Swimming Pool.
