Hi, everyone! I am looking for a roommate to fill the second bedroom in an apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. I just submitted an application for a bath the first floor. The move in date is April 1st and the monthly rent is $, each). It has a shared BACKYARD with two other units and shared ROOF ACCESS with the rest of the building. Backyard access is available in each bedroom and there are closets in each bedroom. Both bedrooms and the living room have those fancy A/C and heat combo machines installed to the walls. Location: Near Hawthorne and Flatbush, about a 5 minute walk to the Q, a little less than minute walk to the B and Shuttle to C, and about the same distance to the trains the other way. About me: I am in my late s and work afternoons/nights so if you work more standard hours you may have the apartment to yourself quite often! However, you will be sharing it with my adorable dog, Falafel. She is medium sized (about lbs), and loves to snuggle. She is a bit shy, so I ask if you have a friend come over, that you introduce them properly. The most important thing I look for in a roommate: Someone who is not super messy/not obsessively clean; basic respect for communal spaces and cleaning up after yourself. Comfortable and confident around dogs. Someone who doesn't bring the party home (guests totally okay though). Someone who wants to be friendly (I like my space, but I do like to socialize with my roomies and watch a movie once in a while or something).
