My wife and I live in Cheltenham across the street from Burholme Park. It's a cozy neighborhood that's lovely to walk/bike around a short walk to Tookany Creek trail. We work for a Christian Healthcare Clinic- Esperanza Health Center in Hunting Park a short -minute drive away. We live 2 blocks from Ryers station, a -minute train away from University City in Philly. We have a room for rent and are looking for Christian Housemates. We love international students and are connected with GROW ESL. The room available is a bedroom upstairs with a shared bathroom with tub/shower. /month Laundry and Kitchen are shared. There is always plenty of street parking. No pets. Quiet hours AM. We are quiet and friendly, we have people over for a bible study about once a week and will sing a few songs, but otherwise the house is pretty quiet.
