Nice, clean, neat and safe. Friendly neighbors, quiet, and luxurious. Not the neighbors lol. Looking for a roommate then to be able to leave down to FL from months a year. So I'd be living here for awhile then you'd be on your own for awhile basically. I work in the nuclear Field and love to go down to Florida in the winter. I have a place there too.
