Looking for a roommate. House located in Downtown Gastonia. Bathroom, living room, kitchen and laundry station will be shared. Rent $ per month and all utilities will be split half and half. Room includes a personal fridge where you can keep your groceries apart if you prefer, and a small to medium walk in closet. I require one month worth rent as a deposit ($) before moving in, REFUNDABLE at time of termination. I ask for one month notice before terminating rent agreement. Smoke free house. No drugs. I have a small dog, so preferably not another pet. Open to discussion.
