Hey, I'm looking for someone to take over a room starting in April. It's a month plus electric. You would have your own room, own bathroom, and a shared kitchen/living room with me. It's a very clean and new luxury apartment on the top penthouse floor near spring garden st and broad. Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, hard wood flooring, remodeled in . I'm looking for someone who also is on the same page of being clean, and who works, as I work full time. I have mostly everything set up for the kitchen/living room in terms of furniture/TV, and have lived here for 2 years, but my current roommate is going to be moving out.
