Private bed and bath. 3rd floor—no upstairs neighbors. Balcony. Washer and dryer free. Only pay for electric and internet. Security deposit of 1 months rent required. There’s a bed frame and mattress in the room if you want it. There’s a dresser and nightstand if you want that too. The living room is furnished already with a couch and chairs and dining table. I work every weekday PM. Very easy going individual to share an apartment with. But I’ll remind you, you have your bedroom and bathroom privately to yourself. We don’t have to see each other if you don’t want to.
