Only 1 cat allowed or fish, when a pet deposit and per month pet rent. No free parking space, but parking is across the street. There is a dishwasher and many kitchen appliances. The building has a GYM! The internet is very fast. You can connect via Ethernet or wifi. In building laundry, not unit. You are unlikely to need to buy anything to live here, the place is ready to move in as is. Please note of the move in fee most is returned at move out if there are no damages.
