Hey everyone, I am in search for a new roommate if anyone is interested. Rent per person is $ plus utilizes so expect to pay around a month at absolute most (not including parking $ per month). I do have a feline friend named Zelda (calico) that is super friendly & loves people and to play fetch. The apartment building is located on Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring (Wheaton), MD attached to a Safeway grocery store. Directly across the street/ at most a -minute walk there is the Wheaton Mall, the Wheaton Metro station, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, bars, restaurants, , dentist office, dr. offices, giant, La Fitness, and much more. The apartment building itself has a sky lounge, study rooms, outdoor seasonal pool, grill area, fitness area, -hour security, Package lockers, and maintenance team to fix any maintenance issue we may have. The room itself is sq. Ft. with all modern appliances which include but not limited to washer/dryer, Fridge and freezer with ice maker, oven/stove top, dishwasher, etc. You also get your own Private bathroom, two closets and a bedroom ". If you are interested in rooming with me or you know someone in Maryland/DC/Virginia that would be interested please let me know and I can schedule a showing of the apartment & to see if we'd be a good fit together as roommates. Cost of rent/utilities will be shared equally as well as the common space. No smoking is permitted in the building with no acceptations. Pets are case by case basis. I accept all people of race, religion, sexual orientation gender, etc. Move in is February at the earliest. All applicants will need to go through a application process (credit check, background check, etc.)
