Second floor is 2 rooms, occupied with one male one female roommate and full bath. Third floor is 2 rooms, one occupied by a male roommate but he got a girlfriend and we haven't seen him in months. The available room is also on the third floor, so technically it would be a shared floor/bathroom, but realistically you'll likely continue to have the floor to yourself as I have for months. Everyone is super laid back and from all different walks of life. For the most part everyone keeps to themselves so if you're an introvert like myself no pressure for forced conversation, but everyone is super friendly so if you prefer to hang out downstairs I'm sure they'd love it. Laundry and extra storage room in basement. Enough space for a bike upstairs if you have one. No pets currently but we are pet friendly, 420 friendly, and open to any generally kind human from any background. Available immediately. Rent is $750/MO plus split utilities. 1 year lease.
