The quick run down is - It is a 4 story town house located in Suitland MD and a room on the 3rd level is what is being rented out.It has an attached bathroom and closet that are exclusively yours so no shared bathrooms! Free Street parking. The shared areas are the kitchen level which has a dishwasher and gas fire range, a community massage chair,chill living room area with a ps5(Make your own profile on move in),and a bar area (What ever you drink just replace it with in the next day or so). Huge requirement is cleaning up after yourself (aka when you dirty a dish clean it/put it in the dishwasher so the other roomies can have that available). There is great natural lighting with black out roller blinds. Oh and also an in house washer and dryer. ~$ flat covers rent,gas,electricity,internet and water! ~$ security deposit ~I’ve looked at all the one bed room apartments in the area and you won’t find a better deal with as much to offer for this price!!! A little about me I’m . I was in the navy for 7 years. My hobbies are video games,plants, and cars. I’m an introverted extrovert. I live on the 4th floor and there are two other male roomies one lives on the 1st and the other on the 3rd floor are pretty to them selves so it was actually rare to see each other even in passing lol one is AJ who is more introverted, super cool super clean and very respectful! The other is Isaiah who is definitely the most extroverted how ever is still a huge introvert as well again super cool guy super clean and respectful as well!
