Hi! I have a home with a room for rent in the Killeen area, right off of WS Young and the highway. Pictures shown here are from the original sale of the home. It mostly looks the same, except I have new furniture... I plan on resurfacing the walls, repainting, adding different furniture than what's shown in the pictures. I like a peaceful, warm, cozy home--so that's my goal with the updates. The room will be unfurnished. You'll be free to use the entire home and backyard. There's also a garage that you can utilize for additional storage. Pricing includes all bills. So, basically all of the following are included already in the price: internet, electric, security system, utilities, etc. I'm looking to have someone that has stability within their life, is drug-free, and has some type of set routine. I will be running a background check once you complete the rental application. No major debt or criminal charges, please. I prefer someone with no pets.
