This three bedroom home in North Chesterfield , has a bedroom available for rent now. It is furnished, with a twin XL bed, with a memory foam mattress, and a desk with chair, and it’s own closet. All utilities and Wi-Fi are included in rent. Furnished living room with wall mounted Smart TV, kitchen, laundry, and bath are shared by all. Pots, pans, flatware, microwave, air fryer, dishwater, glassware,and Kuerig coffee maker are provided. I live in Jacksonville, Florida, and keep the Master bedroom available for my monthly visits to Richmond. Bedroom number two is rented by a female Army officer, in a training rotation at Nearby Ft. Lee. I would like to have a roommate that I believe would be compatible and comfortable for her to share this home with. All applicants will be required to submit an application to Trans Union/Smartmove for credit and background check. The fee to apply is under fifty dollars. Rent each month is payable through Venmo on the 1st.
