Looking for a female roommate to take over my bedroom/living space from May first through end of July! I am willing to sublet to you for less time if needed! The room is very spacious- apartment includes a dishwasher and laundry in the basement. We are located in the heart of NYC in hell's kitchen attached to the ACE trains, and minutes away from NQRW and many other trains. You would be living with my sister, who resides in a separate room all the way on the other end of the apartment past the kitchen, bathroom, and larger living space. She works evenings so normally during the evening the apartment will be yours! I am happy to give a virtual or in person tour to anyone truly interested.
