This room is about ' with 2 windows facing the street. There is a tree in front of the house that provides some extra privacy from the street. The bedroom is not furnished, the rest of the house is. The living space is basically a big open square. The kitchen has a small dishwasher and a full size fridge/freezer, we already have all the kitchenware we need but you're welcome to bring your own as well. There is a washer/dryer in unit and we have central HVAC. There is a small deck space outside as well. The ideal roommate is a mix of an introvert and a social butterfly. Keep it to themselves when they don’t feel it and mingling once in a while. The household is pretty cool and no one is judged. Just come as you are and as long we respect each other there won’t be an issue…And the last thing, I’m trying to get out of here this app so please take the room lol :)
