My names Sarah. My roommate Julia and I just got an apartment. Its a first floor apartment and its technically a 3 bedroom but the third bedroom has access to the backyard and will be instead used as an extension to the living room. We do have a basement which is the size of two bedrooms and we are looking for a third roommate to occupy that space. Its great for privacy and there is the option of entering the basement from your own doors or through the entrance door of the apartment. There is one bathroom that would be shared between the three of us. The basement would be your bedroom in one of the rooms and then if you work from home, are a student, are a creative, you could make the second space whatever you'd like! This doesnt mean that you arent welcome to the living room upstairs or the backyard either! We want a comfortable shared space for everyone and whether you want to be friends or prefer to be strictly roommates that is just fine & you would have that privacy! Deposit and first month need to be paid prior to move in :) Apartment is located off of the Central M stop and near bus stops. About a half an hour train into Manhattan.
