The place is cozy but private. Shared living area and kitchen, it's fairly empty but if you have decoration tips we can make it livlier. Your room would have a window and a nice closet. I don't throw any huge or loud parties, but I do have some friends over for board games or party games every so often. I would say that I mainly keep to myself and am not a very loud roomate. There is a balcony that leads to a private open area. The condo has a place to sit outside with chairs and tables, as well as a grill and bonfire. Complex is gated with code, each building has a locked door, and our apartment has a locked door as well so very safe. You would have your own private parking spot so you don't need to worry about parking. Please ask any questions!
