We can absolutely discuss removing, adding, or changing anything within the room currently. Depending on the size of your vehicle you can have the second space in the garage too. The front bathroom is all yours as well. I just ask that you respect the property as if it were your own. No pets or smoking unfortunately but we can discuss if you really like the place. The backyard is great for sitting out as it backs up to the golf course and is great for just reading or relaxing. Feel free to message me for photos, virtual tour, or just to chat. It's just me, myself, and I in this large family home. I work for the Governors Office and stay busy most of the time through the week. If I am doing anything social, it's usually me going out so I don't typically have folks over. I am a social butterfly and get along with just about anyone. All bills are included in the price which includes internet, gas, water, electricity, etc. So whatever we come to an agreement on will be all inclusive so you don’t have to worry about the price fluctuating. The Copper Mill Community comes with golf course membership, access to the community pool, tennis courts, and other amenities.
