We are looking for a roommate for our bathroom townhouse. It’s located in a gated community minutes away from SELU. It has 2 stories (the room being rented is upstairs), a garage, attic, and furnished living room and dining room. The bathroom upstairs is shared, but the room is private and has a walk in closet. The only utilities not included are electric and wifi, which will be split 3 ways. Everything is due on the first of every month. Sadly, pets are not allowed :(.
