However, the home and kitchen are already furnished. I have a friendly dog and cat. No pet allergies please! No smoking, in or out of the unit. Absolutely, no drama! Must have a current professional job for reliable income! No couples. This townhome community has access to a pool and a very walkable neighborhood. There is a lot to retail shopping near by was well as parks! $ a month includes utilities. Looking for a 6 month lease, then month to month. Will require $ deposit and I will do a background check. About me: I am a full time nursing student and work part time. I like quiet nights at home and live a low key home life.
