Hello!! I'm a yo female. I live with one (male) roommate currently in a 3 bedroom house. We do have friends over probably once a week. We do stay up late sometimes. friendly. The house stays very clean. We've lived with roommates together for years and never had any problems past what couldn't be talked about. The room up for rent includes it's own bathroom. I know moving in would be a bit of a change and we would give you space to adjust before allowing friends over and staying up and making noise. When friends do come over, they watch the UFC fights, we play lots of board games like monopoly, uno, catan. You'd definitely be free to join these nights! But of course, if not, you can continue about your days and nights however. Our work hours are the same daily. The guy that lives here works until p depending when he gets off and leaves around 7a every morning. His days off are currently Monday and Thursday. I work from p monday - friday. I would definitely say we're very straight forward people. Everyone has their quirks of course. I'm sure you'll have one as well. Feel free to communicate what that is when you arrive. The room up for rent is located near the living room and you will have your own bathroom. The room can fit a queen size bed, desk, beside table, dresser, and tv. We can provide the mattress and box spring and dresser. If you don't want those, we will move it. No money down necessary. $ flat for utilities and all. We have plates and bowls and towels you can use. You can buy your own toilet paper, bathroom needs. bathroom has a bath and a shower. as well as large storage cabinets. The room has TWO closets and two decently sized windows. This room does allow a lot of light in, but has blinds for privacy. If you dont like the light that comes in, you'll definitely need blackout currents. It's one of the brightest, if not the brightest room in the house. We're flexible on the months agreement.
