My name is Jordan! I am currently looking to find a roommate to occupy a room in a .5 bathroom apartment that I am renting soon. The price for your half of the rent will be about $. Location is Midtown East Manhattan, pretty chill area, and beautiful modern apartment with awesome views and natural light. About me: years old, born and raised in NYC! I am a middle school Special Ed teacher at a public school on Roosevelt Island. When I'm not working, like going to the gym, hiking, painting, or just staying home and watching tv/movies. I also love going to museums, taking walks, trying new cafe spots, and baking/cooking at home! 1 am pretty clean and organized and would like someone who is the same! I am very communicative and upfront with everything and would expect my roommate to be as well. Along with that I'm looking for someone who is cat friendly (see pictures haha). Someone I can hang out with here and there while also respecting each others individual space and lives.
