I am looking for a female roommate to move into one of the bedrooms in my 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment in a quiet street in the middle of everything Astoria has to offer (Steinway Street and th Avenue). I would prefer a responsible, clean, and professional woman in her s who does not work from home and that can commit to at least 6 months. The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) of a walk up with roof access. There is currently a sofa bed in the room that can stay or go. NWRM trains (Steinway Street and th Avenue stations) are all about an 8 minute walk. Laundry is across the street, there is a brand new grocery store on the other corner, a hour bodega on the other corner, a ton of fitness centers blocks away, and endless restaurants, shops, and bars all around.
