Good day, I have a spacious room for a neat and cat friendly person. You're room entrance goes directly to the apt entrance for your privacy. It's a working block so I usually keep the volumes down after 9pm. There's a 3 day minimum for sleep overs during the week. I can be more lenient in time. I'm very chill and respectful and hope that your too. The room will be available on April 3rd. or May 1st.
