*Unfurnished Room!* My roommate finishes moving out at the end of this month and I'll add new photos then of the empty room :) I'm renting this room out at the start of June . It has a large armoire and a very small walk in closet for clothes and storage. There is baseboard heating, a personal heater, and a window AC unit for heating and cooling. The walls are wood panelled and there is also wood flooring. In the house you would have this room to yourself (with lock), and access to the rest of the common areas. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, microwave, small dishwasher, fridge, and huge freezer. You would have 4 cabinets for cookware and a large pantry section for food. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. There are two bathrooms, one has a toilet, sink, and bathtub (no shower head, just tub), and the second one has a toilet, sink, and shower. Both are shared. I'm okay with pets if agreed upon beforehand, I have a cat and might have another soon. There is plenty of parking for you and friends, both my boyfriend and I don't mind you having people over as long as respect is there obviously. (I do have celiac disease, so when it comes to the kitchen I do need some precautions taken when cooking to protect my food from being contaminated by gluten (flour, bread, etc))
