Looking for a third roommate for month-to-month bedroom in our -bathroom apartment in the heart of Williamsburg. Move in April 1 or possibly before. ROOM: A nice, bright room, in a small 2-story apartment. This room has views of the courtyard and is roughly " in size. It can accommodate a Queen or King sized bed with some furniture. APARTMENT: In a -unit building with a shared courtyard (pictured). The apartment is furnished with a small kitchen, bathroom, and sofa. The common space is on the smaller size (but have ample space for entertaining). LOCATION: The apartment is right in the heart of Williamsburg on N. 7th Street. It's a 3 min walk from the L (Bedford), min walk to the G (Metropolitan), and min walk to the J,M,Z (Marcy). There are multiple bars and restaurants every way you look. It's about 2 blocks away from the riverfront Pier and Park (Smorgasburg), and 6 blocks to McCarren Park. Nearby: Laundromat, laundry service, dry cleaner, Citi Bike, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Foodtown, and Summer Rockaway bus service. YOU: We're looking for a roommate who is ideally a professional ( and up) and enjoy being out and about. You'll have lived with your fair-share of roommates and understand how a shared house works. We want our new roommate to be friendly and maintain a clean and respectful environment as well. US: A male lawyer in his late s, and a female designer in her early s. LGBT Friendly. Both vaccinated, and very courteous. Our living environment is relaxed and friendly, away from the business of the city. We keep our place clean, and respect each other's space.
